Become an EthicsComputer partner

1. Scope of Engagement

The Channel Partner is engaged on a non-exclusive basis to identify, qualify, and introduce prospective enterprise and commercial clients for EthicsComputer services.

2. Non-Employment & Independent Contractor Status

The Partner acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or franchise holder of EthicsComputer. Partners shall not represent themselves as EthicsComputer employees.

3. Prohibition of Recruitment / Non-MLM Clause

The Partner network is strictly a direct client deal engagement model. Zero commission or compensation is provided for the introduction, recruitment, or onboarding of other partners.

4. Net Commission Calculation

Commissions are earned and payable strictly upon EthicsComputer receiving actual cleared funds from the client, calculated on the Net Realized Service Value (excluding GST, payment gateway processing fees, and pass-through third-party software, domain, or hosting expenses).

5. Confidentiality, Client Non-Circumvention & IP

All client specifications, quotations, and technical deliverables remain the sole intellectual property of EthicsComputer.
